  1. To lead the day to day activities within the Technical Support Teams to ensure the highest level of service to our customers and partners. To motivate the Team and develop their skills and knowledge levels to meet the growth needs of the business. Transfer knowledge from the Technical Support Team to create a sustainable knowledge base with easy access by Parts Team and our Customers
 
Tareas y funciones // Job Responsibilities
  • Create/secure and lead a strong team within a technical environment.
  • Identify opportunities to achieve savings and reductions in lead-times.
  • Taking active part in developing technology necessary to optimize day-to-day business.
  • Demonstrate visibility in-and outwards to secure cooperation, exchange of information and experiences throughout the business.
  • Development of a sustainable knowledge base.
  • Development of e-commerce business.

Job Requirements

Experiencia requerida // Required Experience
  • > 7 years of experience within an after market environment at European level preferably with an engineering background.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Experience of working with other functions such as Marketing, Engineering, Service and Sales.
  • Strong leadership, managerial, interpersonal and motivational skills
  • A passion for achieving results and providing excellent customer service.
 
 
Formación requerida // Required Training
Technical education with an engineering (or similar) background.
 
Otros requisitos (técnicos o competencias) // Other Required (non)Technical Competencies
Experience in digital environment/tools in order to develop digital/e commerce business
