Job Description

What you will do
As a Service Sales Assistant you will be assisting the Contracts Administration Team Leader in the administration of all service, hire, gas calibration and product contracts.
You will liaise with all relevant personnel/departments and suppliers to ensure the work is carried out and fulfils all technical, commercial and quality requirements of a contract.
 
How you will do it
As a Service Sales Assistant you will need to carry out all administration functions relating to each contract including (But not limited to): receiving enquiries, preparing quotations, entering orders via SOP processor, preparation of PP1 and invoices, preparation of purchase requisitions, expediting orders, preparing delivery notes and relevant QA/QC documentation.
You will also need to report any errors, shortages or problems to the Team Leader and assist in resolving them, assisting the Team Leader in quoting/negotiating extras which arise, generate all documentation required by the contract at all stages of the contract, ensuring the all QA/QC requirements are met by liaising with other departments and helping the Team Leader by assisting in the monitoring of project costs to ensure margins are achieved.

Job Requirements
