Job Description

How you will do it
  • Maintain and repair system malfunctions within set timeframe and according to defined process
  • Completes planned site / customer visits and resolves customer request
  • Develops positive customer relationships, ensures pro-active feedback on and documentation of the customer’s equipment and systems status
  • Reference and Interprets relevant technical documents such as electrical schemes, fluid schemes, piping diagrams, psychometric diagrams
  • Keeps customer informed on the nature of service provided, outstanding issues, recommends system enhancement/upgrade/replacement and promotes the sale of change order
  • Advises and trains customer in system operations
  • Documents work completed and submits service reports

 

Job Requirements

What we look for

  • Certificate or Diploma degree in mechanical, electrical or an equivalent combination or technical education
  • 5 - 7 years’ experience in HVAC industry or Controls Systems
  • Good service mind
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office)
