Job Description

  • Responsible for leading and guiding a small team of warehouse associates within the distribution center in their respective area of assignment i.e. Inventory, Operations, Quality. Ensures all employees and activities are operating within designated safety standards, as well as making sure training and timely coaching is conducted when required. The Team Lead will work in tangent with their Supervisor and/or Manager to facilitate daily productivity goals. 

  • Applies experience and/or skills acquired through formal training to procedures, policies and understanding of team objectives. Anticipates problems and recognizes when to deviate from standard practices. Selects appropriate procedures to resolve problems which may involve uncommon variations. Emphasis may be on manual skills.
  • Ability to communicate in a timely, concise, accurate, and professional manner both verbally and in  writing.  Must display exceptional communication and customer service skills in daily email, phone and represent interactions with client representatives, SUB, Corporate Supplier Quality and suppliers.  Must be able to work in conjunction with various L&D teams including Quality, Inventory and Operations.

Job Requirements

    • 2 year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 4 Years suggested minimum experience.
